RETURN POLICY

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We don’t have any return policy, we provide only repair warranty. No returns/Exchange is allowed after the product is delivered. Since the item is of outdoor usage and in similar terms to vehicle in nature, its not feasible for us to return/exchange the item due to heavy shipping costs involved.

Return shipping shall only be provided for Products dead on arrival (“DOA”) within 24 hours of purchase only. All other returns/repairs shall require payment of shipping cost at discounted rate to be determined as follows:

Pulseboard S11/H11/PB9/E-Scooter/Drifter shall be Rs 2000/-
Pulseboard PB6/PB7/PB8 shall be Rs 1000. (Note: Shipping prices are subject to change without further notice.

You need to pack the product yourself and keep the necessary print outs ready for warranty pickups. It is also required to keep the original package box throughout the warranty period to pack it properly and avoid transit damages.
