REFUND POLICY

If a customer accidentally makes a double payment for the same product, the excess amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 7 working days.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase from hoverboardsindia.in, you may request a return within 2 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 25–30% will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • All original materials (packaging, manuals, accessories, invoice) must be included
  • Items returned after 2 days from delivery are not eligible for refund

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is delivered. We provide repair warranty only.

Due to the nature of the products (outdoor/vehicle-type), return or exchange is not feasible because of high shipping and handling costs.

Return shipping is covered only if the product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) and reported within 24 hours of delivery. In all other cases, customers must bear the shipping cost at discounted rates:

  • Pulseboard PB11/PB11/PB9/E-Scooter/Drifter: ₹2000
  • Pulseboard PB6/PB7/PB8: ₹1000

Customers must pack the product securely in its original box, print return labels, and prepare the unit for pickup to avoid damage during transit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We follow a same-day shipping policy. To cancel an order, you must request cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing your order number and reason to Contact@hoverboardindia.in.

  • Cancellations after 2 hours will not be accepted
  • If the order has been dispatched, two-way shipping charges will be deducted from the refund
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Bangalore deliveries: Within 2 working days
  • Other locations: Within 7 working days
    We are not responsible for delays caused by courier/logistics partners.
